What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal.

What are your shipping rates and procedures?
Our website automatically calculates actual shipping cost for your order by weight and by the shipping method you choose. Orders over $60 shipped to U.S. addresses ship for free, except as noted and does not include freight for large items such as furniture. Products that require freight charges are indicated. International orders will be charged actual shipping rates.
We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer, so your order may arrive to you in separate packages at no additional charge to you (except otherwise noted or items like furniture that require freight costs). You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account. We also notify you via email when your order status has changed and provide tracking numbers when applicable.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped within Massachusetts are subject to 5% sales tax.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you can return or exchange them within 30 days. Items MUST be new, unused and unwashed. No exceptions. Please check that the items fit your baby before washing and before use. Please keep all tags and packaging as well. Items returned must be in resaleable shape and new condition or we may assess a 15% fee.
Before returning any merchandise, contact us first for instructions on how to make your return. We want to make sure we have your exchange merchandise available when we receive your return. Your refund will not include shipping charges paid for initial shipment or for returning the items to us. Refunds generally appear on your statement within 3-5 business days. If exchanging, new items will be shipped out after return items are received and checked.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom items.
