About Our Brands
We wanted to provide a little background on some of the companies whose products we offer to give you an idea of why we chose them. If you have any questions about our products that we don't answer on our site, just contact us.
BabyLegs
Nicole Donnelly, stay-at-home mom to Sara, started making BabyLegs to keep her dear daughter's legs warm whilst allowing for nakedy butt time. Well, it turns out that these leg warmers are great for crawling over all surfaces. BabyLegs continually donates a selection of BabyLegs to Children's Hospital for use in their Warm Support program.
BabyLegs also donates a percentage of all profits to Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center. They have also donated proceeds to Nature Conservancy’s Adopt-an-Acre program
Earth Mama Angel Baby
Earth Mama Angel Baby uses the highest-quality, certified-organic or organically grown herbs and oils for their teas, bath herbs, gentle handmade soaps, salves, lotions and massage oils. Their products are 100% toxin-free, cruelty-free, vegan, and free from all artificial preservatives, fragrances and dyes. Their commitment to honor the earth and her valuable resources extends to their packaging as well - they use only eco-friendly recyclable or reused/resuseable packaging and packing materials. It's true - they are even the proud recipients of the BRAG (Business Recycling Award Group) for their green practices.
Green to Grow
Their decision to launch Green to Grow with a line of bisphenol A-free plastic baby bottles grew from their alarm as they read reports that highlighted the potential dangers presented by polycarbonate plastic, which contains the hormone disruptor bisphenol A—a neurological, developmental, and reproductive toxicant—and from their frustration over the lack of options. They believed concerned parents like them would welcome safer alternatives, even if they cost more due to the higher price of the raw materials used.
Creating a line of bisphenol A free baby bottles was their way of taking direct action where they saw a need. But while addressing a single concern is a positive step, they believe their responsibility cannot end there. In order to address the problems associated with the effects of toxic chemicals on human health and on the environment, they know we must join together with the larger community of those who are working for a greener and safer world.
Happy Heinys
Happy Heinys is a family owned and run business started by Linda Byerline, a mom of three, out of a need for diapers that fit her children when disposables wouldn't. All products are sewn by WAHMs, including Linda herself, who are able to stay home with their children...one of their primary goals.
